  • Healing from cancer wasn't about a single treatment or product. It was about building consistent, everyday habits that added up.

1. One Detox Food a Day
Your liver works nonstop. Support it gently.
Carrots, beets, leafy greens, just one every day makes a difference. THOUGH, I’m an overachiever 😂 and eat 1 carrot, 1/2 beet, and 1/2 apple daily.

2. 5-8 Minutes Rebounding
It only takes 1 minute to stimulate your lymphatic system, but just 2 minutes to flush it. This is the garbage can to your body. Rebounding is my favorite form of exercise. Comment REBOUND for my favorite affordable rebounder!

3. Eliminate Seed Oils
Inflammation is silent.
Those pesky seed oils are everywhere, and they are the silent killers in America. Don’t even okay them in your family if in a “healthy” brand, just eliminate them! Yea I’m looking at you Simple Mills crackers 😬

4. Lower Toxins at Home
When your body is already fighting, removing small daily exposures matters. Make the switch to Fontana candles! Oh friends, they’re so good! Discount: AIMEE15

5. Real, Whole Protein
Your immune system is built from protein.
I focused on foods that rebuild, not deplete, like grass-fed beef, wild salmon, raw dairy. When I got cancer my body craved protein and I’m much healthier now.

6. Red Light Therapy
Supports mitochondria (your cells’ energy).
Think: less inflammation, better repair, and deeper healing from 1 device! BONUS: right now through November 11th you get 50% OFF!!! Comment RED for my discounted link!!!! FSA/HSA approved! The best gift you could ever buy!

I didn’t change everything at once.
I just kept showing up for my healing one small choice at a time, and I feel my best.

  • I LOVE Italian sausage, and you don’t need pork to enjoy it! Pork is the dirtiest meat and here’s why:

Comment SAUSAGE for a printable of my Italian Turkey Sausage recipe!

•Even pasture-raised pork can still be higher in inflammatory fats, which is something we intentionally lower after cancer to support healing.
•Pigs have a single-chamber stomach (unlike cows, which are ruminants), meaning they do not filter or break down certain toxins and parasites as effectively. Because of this, contaminants can accumulate in their tissues and fat.
•Processed pork (bacon, ham, sausage) forms nitrosamines, compounds that research links to increased cancer risk and recurrence.
•Cooking pork at high heat creates AGEs, which drive inflammation and oxidative stress, things we work to quiet during recovery.

Choosing cleaner proteins like wild salmon, grass-fed beef, or pasture-raised chicken and turkey can better support immune resilience, hormone balance, and cellular repair.

I healed from stage 3 cancer, and I am very picky with what I eat. I stay away from pork and shell fish. It’s not hard to do when you focus on all the wonderful healthy foods God’s given us.

Zuppa Toscana Soup Recipe:
1 pound ground turkey Italian sausage recipe
1 onion, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
5 cups yukon gold potatoes, sliced
6 cloves garlic, minced
8 cups of chicken broth, 2 cartons
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
2-3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 cups milk
4 cups diced fresh kale

Cook the Italian sausage and onion in a soup pot. Once the meat is cooked through, add the celery, potatoes, garlic, chicken broth, and seasonings. Let this come to a boil and cook for about 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are soft. Add the milk and kale, and let it continue to cook on medium-low heat for an additional 5-10 minutes. Serve with sprinkled parmesan cheese on top, and a slice of crusty sourdough bread.

  • As part of my daily self-care, I enjoy 1 raw carrot, ½ beet, and ½ apple to keep my body thriving! 🤩

Raw carrots help your body:
• bind + remove excess estrogen
• support the liver
• balance hormones naturally

If your cycle has been loud lately… heavy, moody, bloated… try this simple trick!

I love to juice carrots, shred on salads, slice and munch with ranch, and even just grab a whole carrot when walking out the door.

  • Cold + flu season is creeping in, and these 3 are my winter defense kit: Ginger • Turmeric • Lemon.

The anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, immune-boosting trio. I purchased mine from the farmers market, but health food stores will carry them too.

Here’s how I use them once they’re frozen:
• Ginger Tea Shot: blend a cube with hot water + honey.
• Golden Milk: turmeric cube + warm milk + cinnamon = soothing inflammation support.
• Morning Lemon Water: lemon cube in warm water to help digestion + vitamin C boost.
• Immunity Smoothie: throw all three into a citrus smoothie when you feel something coming on.
• Quick Broth Add-In: add cubes to soups for extra anti-viral support.

Save this for later. Share this with a friend. 🍋✨

Cold + flu season is creeping in, and these 3 are my winter defense kit: Ginger • Turmeric • Lemon. The anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, immune-boosting trio. I purchased mine from the farmers market, but health food stores will carry them too. Here’s how I use them once they’re frozen: • Ginger Tea Shot: blend a cube with hot water + honey. 🍋✨ #wellnessmom #immuneboost #coldandfluprevention #holistichealth #fallwellness #gingershots #turmericbenefits #naturalremedies #realfoodheals
