2Tbsp.cocoa powder
2Tbsp.butter
1Tbsp.milkany kind will work
1tsp.vanilla extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a donut pan very well.
Mix all the donut ingredients together in a bowl, then fill a gallon size Ziploc bag with the dough.
Cut one side of the corner ends off, and pipe the dough into your donut pan. You should get 6 donuts with this recipe.
Bake donuts for 16-18 minutes.
While donuts are baking, make the chocolate glaze.
On the stove, add the coconut sugar, butter, cocoa powder, and milk to a saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, and boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and mix well. Pour glaze into a shallow dish to dip the donuts into, but first let it cool down for a good 10 minutes.
When donuts are done, let them rest for 10 minutes before removing them from the pan. You do not want the donuts to break apart...
Carefully remove the donuts and dip them into your chocolate glaze.
Leftover donuts can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Enjoy!
