Copycat Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
For many years, I have been preparing my own homemade Good Seasons Italian dressing mix recipe. I chose to forgo the store-bought packets after discovering they contained an additive I preferred to avoid.

dressing mix

balsamic vinegar

olive oil
Instructions
Whisk or shake the ingredients together in a bowl and store in the pantry for up to 1 month.
This seasoning is good on meat, potatoes, vegetables, mushrooms, or made into a salad dressing.
Notes
Want to add heat: add 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper to the mix
