Marinara Sauce Using Fresh Tomatoes

Roma tomatoes, chopped
1
white onion, chopped
1
garlic bulb
remove all garlic cloves from the bulb

extra-virgin olive oil

tsp
Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a 9X13 glass baking dish, add tomatoes, onions, and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until golden brown on top.
Cool completely, then blend in a blender with the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
