The night before, place a frozen bag of strawberries in the refrigerator to thaw. If you are in a hurry, you can thaw on the counter or microwave the frozen strawberries in 30-second to 1-minute intervals until thawed. (Not recommended, but it works when you're in a hurry.)
Pour the thawed strawberries and their juices into a blender, add 1-2 Tbsp raw honey, and blend until smooth.
No cooking is required.
Pour strawberry syrup over pancakes and waffles, over ice cream, oatmeal, or yogurt.
This simple strawberry syrup will last in the refrigerator for 5 days. Enjoy!
