The Bible tells us on more than one occasion that the leaves of fruit trees are for healing. This is a clear message we should take seriously: heal our bodies naturally with antioxidant-rich fruit leaves.
Heat water in an electric tea kettle or on the stove. You want about 4 cups of hot water.
In a French press, add all of the ingredients. If you have any other fruit scraps from cutting fruit, you can add them in.
Fill the French press to the top with hot water. Secure the lid.
Let this steep for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours. Drink hot or cold. Add electrolytes for added flavor and nutrition, or add to smoothies in place of water or milk.
