Instructions
Cook Jasmine rice according to package directions. Thaw frozen peas and carrots. Combine.
Make the Yum Yum sauce. Whisk ingredients together and store in the fridge.
Make the Ginger sauce. Blend ingredients together a blender or food processor, and store in the refrigerator.
Prep the meat and vegetables by cutting into large chunks. I like The Fresh Market brand garlic sesame sauce. Another option for a marinade is equal parts soy sauce and pure maple syrup with a bit of sesame oil. I did not marinate my veggies.
Make the rice sauce. Whisk all ingredients together.
Time to cook! Start by cooking 3 eggs, scramble them, and right before you think they’re done, add the rice and vegetables. Pour on the rice sauce. Cook a few minutes, then plate it in a dish and start cooking the vegetables. Lastly, cook the meat. Top with Yum Yum sauce and use ginger sauce for dipping!
