Ground Turkey & Broccoli Bowl with Root Vegetable Puree

Ingredients
Root Vegetable Puree

sweet potatoes, rough chopped
(skin on for added fiber)

carrots, rough chopped
1/2
onion, rough chopped
4
garlic cloves
1
golden beet peeled, optional
(or use apple with skin on)
olive oil
(enough for drizzling)
Ground Turkey

lbs
ground turkey
4
garlic cloves, minced

tbsp
worcestershire sauce
2
tbsp
ketchup
salt and pepper
Broccoli or Broccolini
1
lb
broccoli or broccolini, steamed
Instructions
Drizzle with olive oil, cover with foil, and roast in a 400-degree oven for 1 hour.
Let this cool before blending in a food processor or blender.
Saute or brown ground turkey. Drain excess fat. Add in garlic, worcestershire sauce, ketchup and seasonings and mix well.
Steam broccoli or broccolini for 10 minutes or until tender.
