1 1/2 cups natural peanut butter
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup milk, or less, depending on how runny your peanut butter is
Whisk the ingredients together, then pour over the brownies after they have cooled.German Coconut Frosting:
1 1/3 cup walnuts
2/3 cup pure maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
In a food processor, blend the first 4 ingredients together. Stir in the coconut, then frost the brownies. Note: unsweetened coconut can be more "crunchy," so you can premake the frosting and let it sit for at least an hour to let the coconut soften, then enjoy.
