Ingredients

almond butter

pumpkin purée

honey or maple syrup
1/2
cup
flaxseed meal

chia seeds

tsp
vanilla
1 1/2
tsp
pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2
cups
quick oats
1/2
cup
chocolate chips
or chopped extra dark chocolate
Instructions
Mix the first 7 ingredients together, then add the oats and chocolate. Mix well.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, then roll into balls. I use a small cookie scoop to keep the size of the bites uniform.
Store in the refrigerator up to 7 days. They freeze well, too!
