Turkey Egg Roll In A Bowl
When weeknights get hectic, this turkey egg roll in a bowl is my go-to. It’s ready in just 10–15 minutes, and best of all, my kids can’t get enough of it!

Ingredients

pound
ground turkey
1
head of cabbage

(2 cups)
carrots, shredded

tsp
ginger, minced
3
garlic cloves, minced
Sauce
1/4
cup
soy sauce
1/4
cup
pure maple syrup or honey
1
tsp
sesame oil
2
Tbsp
corn starch or arrowroot powder
Instructions
In a large skillet, brown the ground turkey.
When there's no longer any pink, add the cabbage, shredded carrots, ginger, and garlic.
While this cooks, whisk the sauce ingredients together.
Once the cabbage has gone down by half its size, which takes roughly 5 minutes, add the sauce mixture.
The sauce is really just enough to coat the cabbage mixture. It will thicken within a minute or 2.
Serve the turkey egg roll in a bowl over rice.
