Protein Packed Muffins
These protein muffins are super easy to make, and very versatile. I take these with me when I go out of town, so I have a quick muffins for breakfast. They are also perfect for an afternoon snack with as much protein as they have. Enjoy!

Protein Packed Muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour fine ground
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup honey or other liquid sweetener
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
- dash of salt
- 1 cup fresh berries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together, and pour into a muffin baking pan.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes. Enjoy!

I just made these, and they are so delicious! You were right when you said they are versatile! I added some dried cranberries, unsweetened coconut flakes, and some chocolate chips. I used pure maple syrup as my sweetener, and I made them in mini muffin tins so my kids can have them as little snacks.
