Simple Homemade Meatballs
These simple homemade meatballs are so easy to put together, and very cheap when you add ground pork to the recipe. I can typically find 1 pound of ground pork at Winco for around $2.00. Use that with a pound of ground beef and you can seriously feed a lot of people for very little money. Plus, these taste WAY better than frozen store bought meatballs.
If I have extra money in my grocery budget, I will buy all natural ground meat. I bought the meat above at Walmart.
Freeze the meatballs for later. These are so easy to throw into a school lunch, or an easy Italian meatball soup.
