Cheap Instant Pot Taco Pasta
This recipe is my go-to when I’m in a pinch for time and I need to serve my family a hearty dinner. I love how you can just dump the ingredients and walk away! Enjoy making your family this cheap dinner!
Cheap Instant Pot Taco Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 can black or pinto beans drained
- 1 cup frozen corn canned would work too
- 1 24oz jar salsa
- 3 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
- 2 cups pasta gluten or gluten-free
Instructions
- In the instant pot, saute your ground turkey until it's no longer pink.
- Turn off the saute setting and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix all the ingredients together and put the lid on, make sure it's on "sealing."
- Cook on manual for 6 minutes. Quick release when done and serve with your favorite toppings! Ours are black olives, avocado, and cheese.
