Ingredients

  

• 1 pound ground turkey
• 1 can black or pinto beans drained
• 1 cup frozen corn canned would work too
• 1 24oz jar salsa
• 3 cups water
• 2 Tbsp. taco seasoning
• 2 cups pasta gluten or gluten-free

Instructions

 

• In the instant pot, saute your ground turkey until it's no longer pink.
• Turn off the saute setting and add the rest of the ingredients.
• Mix all the ingredients together and put the lid on, make sure it's on "sealing."
• Cook on manual for 6 minutes. Quick release when done and serve with your favorite toppings! Ours are black olives, avocado, and cheese.
