Some recipes call for an array of kitchen appliances and gadgets, but I love a simple recipe that I can make efficiently in one appliance. While it is an initial investment, I highly recommend a Vitamix blender. You can use this high-quality machine for everything from smoothies and soups to ice cream, and yes, even pudding!

How To Make Chia Seed Pudding with Protein Powder
Starting with the wet ingredients, add everything to a high-speed blender and blend for 45-60 seconds or until everything is well incorporated. It should be silky and smooth, resembling a mousse batter.

Do a quick taste test and adjust the sweetness if necessary. I like to use honey in this recipe, but you could try pure maple syrup or agave nectar if you prefer.

Pour the pudding into bowls, jars, or ramekins. Allow to chill for at least 3 hours or overnight. Just before serving, top with a dollop of whipped cream, berries, nuts, or a sprig of fresh mint. Around the holidays, sprinkle chopped peppermint on top for a fun, festive, kid-friendly treat.

I hope you try whipped chocolate chia seed pudding with protein powder soon! It’s so delicious and easy to make. Save this recipe- you’ll be glad to have another quick dessert option on these busy school days. Enjoy!
