My 2 Favorite Things for Making Protein Chia Seed Pudding

Some recipes call for an array of kitchen appliances and gadgets, but I love a simple recipe that I can make efficiently in one appliance. While it is an initial investment, I highly recommend a Vitamix blender. You can use this high-quality machine for everything from smoothies and soups to ice cream, and yes, even pudding!

Protein powder is something I incorporate into a lot of my recipes. I only support and trust Just Ingredients for protein powders. No other company pays this close attention to the sources of their ingredients! Third-party tested for purity, this is the company I trust.

How To Make Chia Seed Pudding with Protein Powder

Starting with the wet ingredients, add everything to a high-speed blender and blend for 45-60 seconds or until everything is well incorporated. It should be silky and smooth, resembling a mousse batter.

Do a quick taste test and adjust the sweetness if necessary. I like to use honey in this recipe, but you could try pure maple syrup or agave nectar if you prefer.

Pour the pudding into bowls, jars, or ramekins. Allow to chill for at least 3 hours or overnight. Just before serving, top with a dollop of whipped cream, berries, nuts, or a sprig of fresh mint. Around the holidays, sprinkle chopped peppermint on top for a fun, festive, kid-friendly treat.
