  • 1 (15oz) can chickpeas, drained
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. oat milk or other non-dairy milk
  • dash of cinnamon


  • In a food processor or blender, mix all ingredients together until the chickpeas have broken down into a hummus consistency.
